We collect your name, email address, date of birth, mobile number and, if identity verification is required, a copy of a government-issued document. We do not collect payment credentials such as your UPI PIN or net-banking password.

We store only the transaction reference ID, amount and status returned by the payment gateway. Your full UPI handle, Paytm wallet credentials and PhonePe account details are never written to our servers.

Transaction records are kept for the period required by applicable financial rules in your region. All other profile data — including your name, contact details and login history — is deleted within 30 days of a verified account-closure request.

Yes. Log in to wolf77, go to Account Settings, and choose Data & Privacy to download a structured copy. Alternatively, email our privacy team with your registered address and we will send the file within five business days.
